The spares Segments is being developed to provide genuine spares for all testing equipments of all Indian equipment manufacturers. These all important and critical spares and consumables required for the machines like Universal testing machines, Tensile testing machines, Torsion Testing Machine, hardness testers ( all Rockwell, Brinell & Vickers ( Micro / Macro )), Impact testing machines Etc.,

All the varieties of test blocks ( With NABL / Non NABL calibration certificates ) , indentors for hardness testers are available, Even special critical spares can be developed as per customers requirement.

K Tech Calibration Centre has been developed to provide maintenance and calibration services for the testing equipments

This Segment makes every attempt to ensure no down time of any testing equipment in any laboratories, thus saving valuable man hours.

K Tech Calibration Centre applied for NABL accrediation having site calibration facility. The scope of accreditation includes calibration of parameters such as Force, Hardness, Impact, etc.

The Calibration for all the testing equipments is done with various ranges of load dynamometers / Load Cells (force measuring devices) according to the capacity of the equipment (for force parameter). All our Load dynamometers and Load cells are calibrated as per "Class I" accuracy .The hardness machines are calibrated with load cells for indirect verification by test blocks calibrated from NABL Authorised labs For calibration of all the equipments as per the accredited scope, instruments and gauges are available which are calibrated with national traceability.

This  Calibration can be undertaken in presence of National and International third party inspection agencies like Lloyyd's, A.P.I., I.B.R., S.G.S., TUV, BVQI, etc.,

We have a professionally trained and motivated team of service and calibration engineers. These engineers are periodically trained at the manufacturing works to update their technical skill and knowledge.

This Segment is maintaining all the necessary genuine spare parts required for these testing equipments, there by making it possible to get the equipment in working condition with minimum lead time.

These machines include Universal testing machine, Tensile testing machine, all types of hardness testing machines, Impact testing machines and consumables like test blocks for verification of hardness testers, diamond indentors, Tungsten carbide indentors, accessories for hardness testers, various types of anvils etc.

Spare parts play a very important role in proper functioning of the machine. The design of the machines gets changed due to advancement in technology. To get proper spares for old machine is a very big challenge and many times the manufacturers who have manufactured that equipment do not have the spares available with them.

We are trying to maintain all such critical spares available ex-stock so that the equipment downtime can be reduced. Also, we supply special spares / fixtures as per specific requirement of the customer.

The spares are different with respect to each manufacturer however, we are maintaining spares for all make machines.
